Class Descriptions

Class name key: 

• In–Studio: Class will be held in the physical studio in Boulder.

• Livestream: Digital (via Zoom) offering of the In-Studio class. Not all classes are offered as Livestream. 

• Numbers: Numbers in the name of a class indicate the class duration (ie 60 = 60 minutes, 75 = 75 minutes)

• Heat: Unless otherwise indicated, class is 90–93° with added humidity. Low Heat: 80–83° with added humidity. Non-Heated: 70–75° with no added humidity. 

• Music: Unless otherwise indicated, no music will be played in class, with the exception of savasana. Music: expect music to be played throughout class.

Radiant flow

Our RADIANT FLOW class is for every body. This class incorporates a unique flow of postures and combines breath with movement to engage and enliven your practice. The class draws upon a variety of lineages and styles of yoga and brings them forward in a playful way.

Expect to move, sweat, and be energized from the practice. RADIANT FLOW will strengthen, stretch and reinvigorate your body, clear your mind, and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. This class may include a meditation at the beginning or end of class.

Our 60 and 75 minute RADIANT FLOW classes are for all levels of practitioners – opportunities for beginners to modify and advanced practitioners to up level their practice. This class is taught in a heated and humidified room between 82°–92°.

FLOW + LET GO

This 60 minute class is a combination of Vinyasa + Restorative Yoga, often ending with meditation.

This class is for all levels of practitioners. This class is Low Heat, 80–83°, with humidity.

slow FLOW

Our SLOW FLOW is a slowed down vinyasa yoga class which incorporates a unique flow of postures and combines breath with movement to engage and enliven your practice at a pace which invites in more ease. The class draws upon a variety of lineages and styles of yoga and brings them forward in a playful and restorative way.

This class may include a seated meditation at the beginning or end of class.

Our 60 minute FLOW classes are for all levels of practitioners – opportunities for beginners to modify and advanced practitioners to up level their practice. This practice is taught in a low heat and humidified room between 80°-83°.

YIN

When it is time to rest, we REST. Our YIN class is physically and mentally restorative and brings balance to your Yang Power Yoga practice!

Yin Yoga is a passive style of Yoga which slows, lengthens, and cools the body to increase mobility. Yin helps us learn to relax and rest deeply. You will experience holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support and nurture your body. The benefits of this restorative practice are numerous and include calming the nervous system, reducing blood pressure, and improving organ and immune function. You will leave this class feeling rested and refreshed.

Yin is for all levels of practitioners. Taught in a non-heated space set between 72–78°.

CHAKRA FLOW

This class begins with 45 minutes of movement to awaken and align the chakra of the week, followed by a 15 minute guided mediation.

This 60 minute CHAKRA FLOW class is for all levels of practitioners, taught in a non-heated room set between 72–78°.

OPEN ASANA

Open Asana is an opportunity to use the heated studio (low heat @ 82°) for solo practice or with other community members without a structured class…aka self-led practice!

While Open Asana is not led by a teacher, a team member will be at the front desk for advice on modifications, alignment, etc. You are welcome to arrive + depart at any time during this time slot.

Open Asana is a $5 drop-in AND is included in ALL Memberships!

BABY + ME YOGA

Baby + Me Yoga is a safe haven for all things new motherhood. Practicing yoga as a new mama nourishes the body, mobilizes stiff muscles, and brings calm to the tumultuous waves of emotion that come with the birth of a child. While mama poses are the focus of our practice, there is space for your little one to join in asana, breath work, and meditation. This class welcomes it all – breastfeeding, bottle feeding, diaper changes, laughter, and tears… from mamas and babies!

For mamas & babies (newborn – pre-crawling)

*We also welcome solo mamas to class if baby is being cared for by another caretaker & mama gets some self-care time!

Prenatal Flow

Prenatal Yoga is an unmatched modality to support and maintain mama and baby’s physical, mental and emotional vitality and well-being through pregnancy. A calming environment provides space to move, breathe and connect to your innate wisdom and growing baby. These classes are taught by caring instructors who will listen to your specific needs & allow for community connections to be made. Classes are designed to accommodate those who are brand new to yoga as well as those who have already been practicing yoga prior to pregnancy.

PERINATAL FLOW

This class is a special combination for prenatal and postpartum people! Non-mobile babies welcome!

Family Flow | Toddler

Family Flow Toddler incorporates yoga poses, dance, creative movement, and music! This class is designed for walking toddlers to 4ish year olds. Older and younger siblings are welcome.

Kids Yoga | Elementary

This class is designed for elementary aged children (5-10 years old) to practice independently, gain confidence building tools, as well as tools for self-regulation and executive functioning (skills for planning, making choices, and more).

Caregivers can practice in Studio A while kids practice in Studio B. Caregiver must buy + book child using Kids Yoga credit and are required to sign a physical waiver for child(ren) upon their first visit.
