Power Flow

Our POWER FLOW class is for every body – and based on the Baptiste power vinyasa Journey into Power sequence. This class combines breath and movement in a dynamic sequence of poses that will challenge you physically – it will strengthen, stretch and reinvigorate your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Expect to move, sweat and be energized from the practice. The POWER class will challenge you to step up to your edge and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

Our 30, 60 and 75 minute POWER classes are for all levels of practitioners. This class is taught in a heated and humidified room between 88-92 degrees and is all levels. Opportunities for beginners to modify and advanced practitioners to up level their practice.

Flow

Our FLOW class allows teachers to step away from the Journey into Power sequence and uniquely create a vinyasa flow that combines breath and movement to engage and enliven your practice. The class draws upon a variety of lineages and styles of yoga and brings them forward in a playful and empowering way.

This class may include a seated meditation at the beginning or end of class.

Our 60 and 75 minute FLOW classes are for all levels of practitioners. This practice is taught in a heated and humidified room between 80-90 degrees and is all levels. Opportunities for beginners to modify and advanced practitioners to up level their practice.

Peak Pose Flow

Our PEAK POSE FLOW class allows teachers to uniquely create a vinyasa flow which builds slowly to a peak posture. The class draws upon a variety of lineages and styles of yoga and brings them forward in a playful and empowering way.

This class may include a seated meditation at the beginning or end of class.

Our 60 minute PEAK POSE FLOW classes are for all levels of practitioners. This practice is taught in a heated and humidified room between 88-92 degrees and is all levels. Opportunities for beginners to modify and advanced practitioners to up level their practice.

TGIF Power Flow

Thank goodness it’s Friday! Start your Friday off right with a music powered 60 minute flow!

Flow + Let Go

This 75 minute class is a combination of Vinyasa + Yin Yoga, often ending with meditation.

This class is for all levels of practitioners. Heat will be set at 80° during the Vinyasa portion of practice and will be lowered during Yin.

Restore

When it is time to rest, we REST. Our RESTORE class is the perfect counterbalance to the more rigorous vinyasa practices that we offer at the studio. Restorative yoga helps us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. You will experience holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support and nurture your body. The benefits of a restorative practice are numerous and include, calming the nervous system, reducing blood pressure and improving organ and immune function. You will leave this class feeling rested and refreshed.

The 75 minute RESTORE class is for all levels of practitioners. Taught in a non-heated space set between 72-78 degrees.

Yin + Nidra

Our YIN + NIDRA class allows you to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with a gentle flow and meditation.

Yin Yoga is a passive style of Yoga which slows, lengthens, and cools the body to increase mobility. Yin is physically and mentally restorative and brings balance to your Yang Power Yoga practice!
Yoga Nidra Meditation uses techniques such as body sensing, breath awareness, and guided imagery. This meditation will leave you rested and balanced.

You are welcome to use our in-studio props, we clean and sanitize all props after each class. You are also welcome to bring your own props – you will need a mat, bolster, blanket and block for these classes. You can substitute two pillows for the bolster. All of these items are available for purchase through the studio – please contact us for more information.

This 75 minute Yin + Nidra class is for all levels of practitioners. Taught in a non-heated space set between 74-78 degrees.

New Moon Nidra

Each New Moon allows us an opportunity to invite in what we seek in our lives with intention. Join Lora for this monthly 90 minute class where you will receive an hour of Yoga Nidra Meditation, as well as new moon rituals to clear space and set intentions for the lunar cycle.

Yoga Nidra Meditation uses techniques such as body sensing, breath awareness, and guided imagery. This meditation will leave you rested and balanced.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring any pillows and blankets you wish to snooze on. You are welcome to use our in-studio props, we clean and sanitize all props after each class. You are also welcome to bring your own props – you will need a mat, bolster, blanket and block for these classes. This 90 minute New Moon Nidra class is for all levels of practitioners. It is taught in a non-heated space set between 74-78 degrees.

Flow + Release

FLOW + RELEASE begins with 30 minutes of vinyasa flow to build breath, movement and strength. Our FLOW is followed by 30 minutes of aRELEASE through restorative postures to promote healing and flexibility.

This 60 minute FLOW + RELEASE class is for all levels of practitioners, taught in a low-heat room at 85º, with music.

Chakra Flow

Begins with 45 minutes of movement to awaken and align the chakra of the week, followed by a 15 minute guided mediation.

This 60 minute CHAKRA FLOW class is for all levels of practitioners, taught in a non-heated room.

Postnatal BYOBaby Flow

MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MAMAS FOR THIS CLASS.

BYOBaby Yoga is a safe haven for all things new motherhood. Practicing yoga as a new mama nourishes the body, mobilizes stiff muscles, and brings calm to the tumultuous waves of emotion that come with the birth of a child. While mama poses are the focus of our practice, there is space for your little one to join in asana, breathwork, and meditation. This class welcomes it all – breastfeeding, bottle feeding, diaper changes, laughter, and tears… from mamas and babies!

For mamas & babies (newborn – pre-crawling)

*We also welcome solo mamas to class if baby is being cared for by another caretaker & mama gets some self-care time!

Prenatal Flow

Prenatal Yoga is an unmatched modality to support and maintain mama and baby’s physical, mental and emotional vitality and well-being through pregnancy. A calming environment provides space to move, breathe and connect to your innate wisdom and growing baby. Our 75-minute classes are taught by caring instructors who will listen to your specific needs & allow for community connections to be made. Classes are designed to accommodate those who are brand new to yoga as well as those who have already been practicing yoga prior to pregnancy.

Community Circle

Community circle is an opportunity to share anything you desire with your community without feedback or response.
