Class name key:
• In–Studio: Class will be held in the physical studio in Boulder.
• Livestream: Digital (via Zoom) offering of the In-Studio class. Not all classes are offered as Livestream.
• Numbers: Numbers in the name of a class indicate the class duration (ie 60 = 60 minutes, 75 = 75 minutes)
• Heat: Unless otherwise indicated, class is 90–93° with added humidity. LH – Low Heat: 80–83° with added humidity. NH –Non-Heated: 70–75° with no added humidity. (PLEASE NOTE: While we do NOT add heat to non-heated classes, the studio does not have A/C and retains heat in the Summer – they studio may be about 78-80° as we try to cool it further.)
• Music: Unless otherwise indicated, no music will be played in class, with the exception of savasana. M – Music: expect music to be played throughout class.

Radiant flow
Our RADIANT FLOW class is for every body. This class incorporates a unique flow of postures and combines breath with movement to engage and enliven your practice. The class draws upon a variety of lineages and styles of yoga and brings them forward in a playful way.
Expect to move, sweat, and be energized from the practice. RADIANT FLOW will strengthen, stretch and reinvigorate your body, clear your mind, and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. This class may include a meditation at the beginning or end of class.
Our 60 and 75 minute RADIANT FLOW classes are for all levels of practitioners – opportunities for beginners to modify and advanced practitioners to up level their practice. This class is taught in a heated and humidified room between 82°–92°.
FLOW + LET GO
This 60 minute class is a combination of Vinyasa + Restorative Yoga, often ending with meditation. Within the first half of class, you can expect to move, sweat, and be energized through a unique flow of postures!
In the second half of class, you will experience holding poses for longer periods of time to slow, lengthen, and cool the body to increase mobility, with the help of props to completely support and nurture your body. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on the rest of your day!
This class is for all levels of practitioners. This class is Low Heat, 80–83°, with humidity.
RADIANT BEGINNINGS
YIN
When it is time to rest, we REST. Our YIN class is physically and mentally restorative and brings balance to your Yang Power Yoga practice!
Yin Yoga is a passive style of Yoga which slows, lengthens, and cools the body to increase mobility. Yin helps us learn to relax and rest deeply. You will experience holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support and nurture your body. The benefits of this restorative practice are numerous and include calming the nervous system, reducing blood pressure, and improving organ and immune function. You will leave this class feeling rested and refreshed.
Yin is for all levels of practitioners. Taught in a non-heated space set between 72–78°.
CHAKRA FLOW
This class begins with slow movement to awaken and align the chakra of the week, and includes breath work and guided mediation.
This 60 minute CHAKRA FLOW class is for all levels of practitioners, taught in a non-heated room set between 72–76° (the temp may be slightly higher at the start as the room cools from the previous class).
OPEN ASANA
Open Asana is an opportunity to use the heated studio (low heat @ 82°) for solo practice or with other community members without a structured class…aka self-led practice!
While Open Asana is not led by a teacher, a team member will be at the front desk for advice on modifications, alignment, etc. You are welcome to arrive + depart at any time during this time slot.
Open Asana is a $5 drop-in AND is included in ALL Membership

Prenatal Yoga is an unmatched modality to support and maintain mama and baby’s physical, mental and emotional vitality and well-being through pregnancy. A calming environment provides space to move, breathe and connect to your innate wisdom and growing baby. These classes are taught by caring instructors who will listen to your specific needs & allow for community connections to be made. Classes are designed to accommodate those who are brand new to yoga as well as those who have already been practicing yoga prior to pregnancy.

YOGA FOR DYSPHORIA — IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN EQUALITY
Join Blake Stone for a donation-based LGBTQIA+ inclusive yoga class designed for everybody + every body. Open to all identities and abilities. This hour long class consists of a creative Vinyasa flow and restorative release. Must be 13+ (under 18 with parental consent and attendance). If donating, please Venmo @RMEquality (include “yoga” in the note) or bring a cash donation. All proceeds go to Rocky Mountain Equality!
From Blake: Yoga Asana is an embodiment practice, meaning it deepens our connections with our bodies by synching breath with movement, which can help us ease or accept discomfort in the body in general. We are not trying to “fix” or “cure” any dysphoria via yoga, rather notice it alongside all the other things going on in our bodies with the mindset of equanimity. This class is not unlike what you’d find in a studio, except it is sequenced and taught with the LGBTQIA+ community in mind, since many of us do not feel comfortable in a mainly cis/het populated class.
