BABY + ME YOGA
Baby + Me Yoga is a safe haven for all things new motherhood. Practicing yoga as a new mama nourishes the body, mobilizes stiff muscles, and brings calm to the tumultuous waves of emotion that come with the birth of a child. While mama poses are the focus of our practice, there is space for your little one to join in asana, breath work, and meditation. This class welcomes it all – breastfeeding, bottle feeding, diaper changes, laughter, and tears…from mamas and babies! For mamas & babies (newborn to pre-crawling)
*We also welcome solo mamas to class if baby is being cared for by another caretaker & mama gets some self-care time!
Join us every Thursday @ 10am + Sunday @ 1:30pm!

Amy Arroyo
Mom to three amazing human beings, horticultural therapist, student, seeker, creative, adventurer, and lover of yoga. I discovered yoga in my living room while flipping through Netflix. I was curious about this guy named Baron Baptiste who taught power yoga while wearing a bandana on his head. I was hooked after the first Netflix yoga class.
Since my living room yoga conversion, I have completed my Baptiste Yoga level one in Tulum, Mexico, followed by my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Baptiste affiliate – Spotted Dog Yoga in Folsom, CA, and the Unstoppable Youth Yoga training with Power of Your OM in Santa Barbara, CA.
Yoga has empowered me and led me on a journey of healing and self-discovery: discovering my True North, what I value, what I am capable of, who I am created to be in this world, and how I am showing up in this life. My heart is to give back to others what yoga has given me.
Carrie Stone
Carrie has been practicing yoga regularly since she landed in Boulder in 2009. She received her 200-Hour Baptiste Power Yoga certification at Radiance in 2015 and has been regularly teaching since. She has completed her 85 hour Prenatal YTT at Radiance in March of 2024. As a teacher, Carrie encourages her students to make space and create power in their own bodies. You are likely to be challenged in Carrie’s classes and, by the end, be smiling (and sweating). Off the mat, you can find Carrie running on the Boulder trails, drinking a bubbly water, and obsessing over her fluffy cats, Oliver and Earl.
Charlotte Sodergren
Charlotte has been practicing yoga since 2011. She has had a colorful background: previously a teacher for young students, professional disc golfer, and corporate healthcare professional. The one constant in her life has always been yoga. After years of practicing, she decided to take the leap and completed the Earth Ways Yoga Teacher Training RYT 200 in 2022. She is currently enrolled in the Yoga Renew Kids Yoga Teacher Training, set to conclude Fall 2024.
This training inspired her so greatly that she became an advocate for sharing the magic of gratitude, reciprocity, and understanding the sensory system through yoga. Now a Family Flow teacher, she believes learning yoga at a young age can foster foundations of regulation, gentleness, and honoring the ebbs and flows of life. Ultimately, her desire is to invite magic into dominant culture. Her classes are rich tapestries of imagery, movement, and breath that guide yogis of all ages to a deeper connection with Nature, each other, and the sensitive self.
In addition to teaching yoga, she walks a healing path of recovery from addiction and illness through her study of the sensitive self, meditation, and 5 Element Acupuncture philosophy. In her free time, she is an author, writing for her newsletter Gate of Life on Substack and frequents travels to the mountains by van with her husband Drew and her dog, Guillermo.
Chrissy Stamm
Chrissy is a mama of 3, a prenatal chiropractor, a 200hr yoga teacher, and completed our Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in March of 2024 (with her newborn by her side).
Janine Mason
Janine took her first yoga class in 2008. After feeling the freedom of anxiety lifting and strength building both inside and out, she felt called to certify as a yoga teacher. She graduated from Denver’s Samadhi Center of Yoga in 2009. A month later she moved to Canada and began teaching various classes including vinyasa, mommy and me and hot yoga. Pregnant at the time, she quickly found her love for prenatal yoga growing and was mentored by a master teacher and gathered more techniques from a number of other wonderful teachers. It didn’t take long to learn that she had started on her mama-loving path. In 2013 she completed her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at Yo Mama in Boulder. She has a deep respect and adoration for mamas and babies – on the inside and out – and enjoys nothing more than leading these women through a class filled with love, laughter, asana and relaxation.
Shortly after having her first son, she was called to be a birth doula. After having her second son, she finally got certified and started serving mamas through this incredible experience. She is truly honored to do this work and is humbled by each birth.
Janine has her BS in Early Childhood Education and is working on her Childbirth Educator Certification. She lives in Longmont with her four amazing boys. She spends her free time running, baking and attempting to sew.
Jessica Finver
I was drawn to the yoga mat for the physical challenge, and quickly discovered and fell in love with the many, ever changing rigors of the practice. The work I have done on my mat has since transformed my relationship with myself in such a way that I feel compelled to share that magic with others through teaching. I have completed two 200hr Baptiste Yoga teacher trainings, and over 200hrs of yoga trainings with the Baptiste Institute. My classes are both nurturing and rigorous – a combination that I believe encourages possibility and openness in our bodies and minds.
Lora Martin
After years of searching for a yoga studio which felt like home, Lora discovered Power Yoga in 2018 at The Leadership Studio in Atlantic City, NJ. When she walked through the door she was met with open arms, greeted as if she was an old friend, and was hugged by total strangers. This was the yoga she’d been looking for!
As an advocate for inclusivity and equality in community, the connectedness and acceptance personified at Radiance is what attracted her to join as a student and teacher.
Lora is a certified Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Prenatal Yoga instructor. She is also the Studio Director at RPY and is more beyond happy to support community members with anything they need!
Lora looks at life with humor and zest, gives giant hugs, and always aims to make others feel safe and seen without judgement. Practice next to her mat to hear a few giggles and find the joy in your practice!
Sarah Lopez
Sarah is a certified child and adult yoga instructor, committed to helping children and their families find balance and peace through yoga. She completed The Baptiste Power Yoga Level One: Journey Into Power with Baron Baptiste in Sedona, AZ. She then went on to complete the Embody 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Shannon Paige and Stephen Uvalle in Boulder, CO, where she continued to develop her skills as an instructor. Her 30 Hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Renew has allowed her to translate these teachings into kid-friendly language and create a nurturing environment for growth and exploration. She is currently enrolled in the 95 Hour Kid Yoga Teacher Training with Om Ananda Yoga in Fort Collins, CO.
This past year she founded Little Light Kid Yoga to share her love for yoga with children and help them reap the life-changing benefits that yoga offers! She uses story time, music, games, and art activities in her classes to make yoga fun and engaging for children and their families. Her goal is to create a sense of community and connection among her students, where they can feel safe to express themselves and learn valuable life skills like self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-acceptance.
Apart from teaching kid yoga, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and pup hiking and camping. There’s something about being in nature that helps her recharge and feel more connected to the world around her. She is eager to meet you and help your child on their yoga journey. Whether your little one is looking to improve their focus, build their confidence, or simply have fun while getting active, she’s here to support them every step of the way!
