PRE/POSTNATAL YOGA CLASSES
We are happy to offer both Prenatal and Baby + Me Yoga for all pregnant + postpartum people through our Radiant Mama program, whether you identify as a mama or not!
This time of life is so special, messy and exciting and we are here to support you along the way. While all of our classes are accessible to you both during and after pregnancy, we suggest letting your instructor know that you are expecting or recently welcomed a baby, so they can make practice work best for your physical body.

Which classes can I attend if I am pregnant or postpartum?
You are welcome to attend any class on our schedule during pregnancy or postpartum, as long as you feel comfortable. We suggest letting the teacher know that you are perinatal.
We also have a great selection of regular Prenatal and Baby + Me classes and special offerings!
What can I expect from Prenatal and Baby + Me classes?
Our Prenatal Flow and Baby + Me classes are a unique experience from any of our other class offerings!
You can expect open dialogue throughout class – our teachers guide movement and conversation based on topics relevant to pregnant and postpartum people. If they wish, every individual has an opportunity to speak, ask questions, and connect with community!
While these classes aim to be 75 minutes long, they can be longer to allow space for each person to be supported through their share.
How far along do I have to be to attend prenatal classes?
We invite you to join our Prenatal classes and community as soon as you find out!
If you are high risk or are unsure about practicing at any point, please consult your physician.
What happens with my Membership / Class Packs when I give birth?
Membership: We make an exception to our freeze policy for delivery and postpartum recovery. Please email us hello@radiancepoweryoga.com when you are ready to pause your account and we can freeze up to three months for you!
Class Packs: These expire one year from purchase, so come back when you’re ready — no need to email us!
Can I bring my partner / support person to prenatal classes?
Our prenatal classes are a sacred and safe space for pregnant people. Due to the nature of connection and sharing, only pregnant people are welcome in this class. Partners and supporters are welcome in our postnatal classes!
Can I attend Prenatal Yoga if I'm not pregnant or Baby + Me if I haven't had baby?
We have a wide variety of classes for our entire community to attend, including low heat and non-heated classes. Prenatal classes are a community space designed for pregnant people and Baby + Me classes are a community for postpartum people (non-mobile babies welcome). If you are on a fertility journey, you are absolutely welcome to join + connect in this space!
