Family Flow incorporates yoga poses, dance, creative movement, stories, and music! Toddlers often observe for several classes before feeling comfortable and confident to mimic in class, and often will perform what they learn at home before doing so at yoga.

This class is designed for mobile toddlers to 4ish year olds. Older and younger siblings are welcome!

$35 for one class credit –  good for the whole family!
