WHAT IS RADIANT SOUL COLLECTIVE?

Radiant Soul Collective is dedicated to fostering community connection through yoga, with the vision of empowering individuals to radiate leadership and love in the world.

By exploring yogic philosophy and its relevance to our modern lives, both internally and externally, and practicing a variety of yogic tools, we will deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, and the collective whole.

who is this circle for?

This group is for ALL women, no matter how the world identified you at birth. You belong here. We believe wisdom is to be gained from of all walks of life鈥攔egardless of age, background, belief, physicality, or sexuality鈥攚e invite all women 18+ to join us! Non-mobile babies are always welcome.

what TO expect

路New topics each month: discussions are centered around yoga philosophy + personal empowerment. You can expect conversation with others during this portion of the circle.

路Breath + meditation: we practice varying breath + meditation styles in each circle.

路Journaling + sharing: reflection + writing are great tools for unwinding what has lain dormant in our minds + souls. Sharing is never required!

what to bring

路Journal + pen: For notes + reflection during our time together. You never know what gems you may gain from others!

路Food + drink: We always support nourishing your human body! Bring any sustenance you need. We provide tea + have a water filling station!

路Seating: Bring (and wear) whatever makes you comfortable! Bolsters, blankets, blocks + chairs provided.

We meet for 90 mins every 3rd Friday at 6pm. Join us in Studio B at Radiance Power Yoga!
