We come from the understanding and belief that everyone is whole and complete as they are. We utilize the yoga practice to awaken and discover our innate power within.

We do the work lightly with playfulness, love and joy. We celebrate for all of the reasons and for no reason at all. We take our practice seriously but not ourselves!
