We believe yoga is for everyone, no matter what your experience or fitness level.
A physical, heated, power flow class of that will empower and transform you in body, mind and spirit. Our Power teachers are trained in the Baptiste Power Yoga style and teach a sequence called the Journey Into Power. The classes are intentionally challenging and fun, and leave you rinsed out, refreshed and inspired! Through regular practice, you will see whole new possibilities on and off your mat, and feel empowered to create the life you’ve always wanted.

This class gives you the opportunity to build on your Power practice by getting out of your comfort zone and trying new poses or advanced variations of poses that you already know. Power Plus classes are heated and balance meditation, breath, detailed instruction and fluid movement. Points of alignment are applied throughout the practice as poses progress from basic to more advanced and include opportunities to practice more complex inversions, balancing postures, twists and binds. Class moves at a pace where you can deepen into a pose, fine-tune your alignment, and have breakthroughs in what you thought was possible!
*Prior yoga experience recommended.
Gain insight into the Baptiste system of Power Vinyasa Yoga through fundamental postures and appropriate modifications. Flow at a slow pace and learn to try easy. Experience transformation, empowerment and learn acceptance at any level of practice. Basics classes are geared towards beginners and any student looking for a refresher of the fundamentals of asana. This class provides the foundational tools to build a lifelong yoga practice.

Vinyasa means flow, and in the most simple terms, it means linking movement to breath. These classes are taught in a not-hot, gently heated room and Flow teachers consciously create fluid yoga sequences that allow you to truly drop into a meditation in motion while building body and mind awareness as well as strength and, most importantly, joyfulness!
Restore classes are the perfect compliment to your Power practice, and are a great starting place if you’re a beginner or simply love a gentle, meditative vibe. Taught to soothing music, Restore teachers will guide you deeply inward during the class as you completely surrender into relaxation. Class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props. Taught in a not-hot, gently warmed room.

Earthways Yoga is renowned as an intensely physical and internally focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. Earthways teachers at our studio teach in a heated room, which is deeply therapeutic. They will challenge you to access your whole being and to use Yoga as a path to finding and then cleansing the emotional and mental blocks that dictate and limit your life.

At Radiance Power Yoga, we know parents sometimes need break to practice mindful yoga with other adults. But that can be tough when you’re juggling a busy schedule that includes young people. Welcome to Lil’ Pretzel’s Kids Yoga, where kids practice yoga in the small room while Mom and/or Dad do yoga for grown ups in the large room.
Lil’ Pretzels classes are taught by Certified Kids Yoga teachers. Children are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a safe, fun-filled way!
Lil’ Pretzels Yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.
Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through playing yoga.
The Lil’ Pretzels Kids Yoga program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one’s self, inside and out.
So you get your moment of Zen, and you kids come back to you calmer, more aware and grounded in their own bodies – it’s a win-win for everyone!
