Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga All Levels

An invigorating flow class of meditation in motion that will empower and transform you in body, mind and spirit.  Taught in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level.

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Advanced

Advanced classes balance meditation, breath, detailed instruction and fluid movement. Points of alignment are applied throughout the practice as poses progress from basic to more advanced and include opportunities to practice more complex inversions, balancing postures, twists and binds. Class moves at a pace where students can deepen into a pose, fine-tune their alignment, and gain greater awareness.
*Prior yoga experience recommended.

Forrest Power Yoga

Forrest Yoga is renowned as an intensely physical and internally focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. The practice challenges students to access their whole being and to use Forrest Yoga as a path to finding and then cleansing the emotional and mental blocks that dictate and limit their lives. Students cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice and life process, creating a unique and powerful opportunity for them to make practical life decisions based on their own experiences.

Flow & Restore Yoga

This yoga class will guide you deeply inward as you completely surrender into relaxation. Class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath.  Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props.  Please bring a towel or yogitoes.

Outlaw Power Vinyasa Yoga

OUTLAW Yoga is a revolution towards a new way of practicing, truly to a new way of being!
Physically challenging and technically simple, OUTLAW Yoga challenges you to make more than a habit of life; to connect to self and to purpose through intense physicality; to explore the power of presence in a contemporary community setting and to unleash your inner sense of service.
It allows you to obliterate boundaries that seem to stand in your way by taking time to take a look, to take ownership, and to take action. Today is a brand new day, act like it!

Kids Yoga (4-12 yrs)

Your child will be lead through creative and FUN yoga postures, listen to music and story tell.  They will experience yoga in a non-competitive, self-accepting and team building atmosphere.  The class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination as well as will help your child learn to relax.  $10 drop in fee.
